Welcome

Welcome to my practice.  I’ve been a Psychotherapist in private practice in NYC for over 20 years.  I enjoy working with various modalities and with people from varied communities, including those with addiction and relationship issues, identity, trauma, anxiety, depression, career, couple, and family issues.  Trained in IFS, trauma work is a major focus.  I am experienced working with clients through family of origin issues, Hurricane Sandy, 911 as a trauma therapist onsite at Ground Zero, and the HIV/AIDS epidemic. A subspecialty of mine lies in working with those having chronic Lyme Disease.  Using an integrative approach, I assess what needs exist, then together we work to best meet those needs in an integrative, holistic fashion.  I am 12 Step aware and friendly.   Awareness, mindfulness, and action are the keys. The treatment goal for you is improved health and overall well-being.

In therapy, I provide an eclectic approach where each person receives a personal assessment and treatment that best fits his/her own individual needs. For those with chronic illness or immune/health disorders, I work with those interested in non-traditional and traditional therapies.  I provide a safe, comfortable setting pictured above  in convenient midtown Manhattan.  Thank you for visiting my website and I look forward to hearing from you.

I provide individual, couple, and group therapy sessions.
